Warranty Terms

All Chroma Cameras and accessories come with a 1 year standard warranty, from the date your camera is shipped

- Any defects in the materials or workmanship found within the warranty period will be covered, and will be repaired/replaced free of charge.

- If a camera or accessory is accidentally damaged, I will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace your product at an agreed cost before work commences.


Full Terms

I offer a standard one year warranty, whereby all costs associated with the repair (parts/labour/shipping) are covered by Chroma Camera Ltd. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using any of my products.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorised modification, improper storage conditions, weather damage or any accidental damage. Any damage as a result of these situations can be investigated/repaired, and any works will be carried out at an agreed cost for parts/labour/shipping.

Chroma products bought second hand are not covered by the standard warranty terms, but I will attempt to perform repairs where required, at cost to the customer, and can supply an estimate as required.

Please contact me via email, Steve@Chroma.Camera as soon as you are aware of any issues with your Chroma product, so that I can arrange for the necessary investigation/repairs, according to when the product was purchased.

If an exchange or replacement is agreed upon, I require the original product be returned first before I ship any replacements/exchanges.
